Dr. Lauren Wolman is a recognized leader in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), with over 20 years of experience spanning education, sport, community development, and public policy.

With a deep commitment to social impact, Dr. Wolman brings academic rigor, strategic insight, and lived experience to every role she takes on—transforming systems through collaboration, care, and courageous leadership.

Most recently, Lauren served as Manager of Research and Strategic Initiatives in EDI at Centennial College, where she has led transformational projects including disaggregated demographic data governance, survivor-centered policy reform, and institution-wide communications strategies that advance equity and belonging.

Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, where she also taught and conducted research on equity in sport, Indigenous health, and youth participation. Her peer-reviewed publications span topics such as early childhood sport development, safe sport transitions, and community wellbeing.

Dr. Judith Mintz is a strategic engagement, policy, and research professional with more than a decade of experience advancing community-driven initiatives grounded in equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation. Her work spans policy development, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and governance across government, non-profit, academic, and community sectors.

Judith brings expertise in collaborative decision-making, community and stakeholder engagement, project management, and mixed-methods research. She has extensive experience facilitating culturally responsive and trauma-informed engagement processes, supporting organizations and communities to identify priorities, strengthen relationships, and translate insights into practical action. Her work is informed by a strong understanding of settler colonialism and its impacts.

Throughout her career, Judith has led multi-stakeholder working groups, partnered with Indigenous communities, and supported governance, conflict resolution, training, and curriculum development initiatives. She is recognized for her ability to align community priorities with organizational goals while fostering inclusive and accountable practices.

Judith holds an MA in Canadian Studies and Indigenous Studies and a PhD in Women’s Studies. Her interdisciplinary background positions her as an intersectional feminist educator, writer, researcher, and project manager working at the intersection of health policy, child welfare, housing, and social transformation.
